Return Policy

At Ferren Boutique, we stand behind every piece. If your purchase isn't quite right, we make returns simple and straightforward.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase when items are unworn, tags attached, and in original packaging. Refunds process to as store credit only within 3–5 business days. We're unable to accept returns on worn, altered, or sale items.
