Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you bring home from Ferren. If something isn’t quite right, in-store and online purchases may be returned for store credit only within 14 days. For online orders, the return window begins on the date of delivery. For in-store purchases, it begins on the date of purchase. Items returned outside this window will not be eligible for store credit.

Return Guidelines

• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or staining.

• Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, cigarette odor, or any other stains or odors will not be accepted.

• Clearance items, jewelry, and all sale or discounted merchandise are final sale.

• Swimwear may only be returned with its original tags and hygienic liner intact.

• Any damaged items must be reported within two days of delivery.
